Ehh u can use cittezens to create your npc and then u prob add an Addon to them so you can run commands aka teleport

but I would highly recommend to use multiverse instead a specially when they releas 3.0

Ehhh, you understand that you’re likely not going to find someone that’s going to host a server for free?
consider finding a pretty new server and maybe you’re a bit more lucky there

Okay, that’s a little info...
but u could try a fresh install.
Search for %appdata%
the delete .minecraft (note that this will also delete all saved worlds)

then try to launch mc again if it not works make sure to post a error log, or contact Mojang for support.
hope this helps, not much we can do without an error log.

do something that you can keep up... tons of servers pop up and die after a while because of lack of time. do something u want to create so you make sure u get the right ppl to join. everything is already out there so do something u want!

thats why i host my server network with towny/Factions/skyblock/rpg that are things i like in mc that way can i make sure i have quality.

not to be rude... but google they are already out there those plugins and yes they are free. its even possible to du such thing with pex/essentialperms by using a sub plugin...
