It looks like you were one of the lucky ones. VolumeDrive is basically hit and miss. Setup times are around 1-2 weeks, that is if they actually set your server up. I paid for a dedicated server with them over a year ago, going back and forth between emails and they never delivered my server and they're now completely ignoring me. What a scam!
