The only HD pack that I like is Azas Arid Pack. I would recommend it to everyone. It still maintain most of the originality of the original texture but in HD. Give it a try. But again get the new HD patcher first.
Did you use a HD texture pack before the update? If you do, u need to re patch the latest HD patch before starting Minecraft. Get the latest HD patch first.
