What position?: Moderator
What experience do you have in this field?: I've been Moderator on quite a few servers. I know most of the basic commands and know how to use them properly.
Describe yourself!: I'm usually very kind and friendly in public situations, but I do tend to get a little noisy around best friends. I can control myself, though. I've been introduced to Minecraft back in July, 2012. Furthermore (linking to my last sentence) I'm a walking wikipedia. I know absolutely everything about Minecraft, besides the essentials plugin due to the fact that I haven't memorised all it's commands and such.
How do you deal with conflicts?: If fights start around the server I'll tell them to stop and warn them both that they'll get a 1 hour mute if caught again, gradually raising the consequences (3 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, etc.) each time. However if it's something more serious like attempting to advertise, I will perm mute or ban depending on how serious it is (e.g. spamming the IP).
Can you work well in a group environment?: Yes, definitely. Most of my school teachers think I have top notch collaboration skills when I'm in a group.
Are you able to take the constructive input of others?: In my opinion, doing this would be a piece of cake for me
What can you tell me that would further insure my trust in you as a staff member?: I've had over 1 year of experience as a staff member, learning commands and taking up responsibilities. I've been Moderator 4 times, Admin 3 times, Head Admin once and Co-Owner twice. On those servers, I get feed back from normal players–they say I'm a great staff member, not just serious but kind, funny and friendly at the same time.
Why do you want to join this team?: I've only started playing on this server for a few hours, but the staff on there act kindly toward normal players. I believe I can do the same thing as the staff members, like I said before. I'm kind and friendly!
What sets you apart from everyone else? Why should we accept YOU?: Despite that I'm 12, I'm actually very mature and sensible when I need to be. I have been chosen as Vice School Captain at my school out of the 84 seniors. I've also won 2 cross-country medals and 3 Mathletics 'Super Mathelete' trophies. Lastly, I'm not racist/sexist in any way, equality is my best friend That's about all I have to say!
