Minecraft/Servers Need Staff For Upcoming Custom Minigame Server

Previous experiences on servers: i have been owner of my own server, co owner and mod
Positon: i am looking for a co-owner or a mod
Why do you want to run for the positon: i want this position because i have found that i am good at keeping servers good and with barely any complaints. i like helping people anjoy their experience on the servers that i am on. i can also play a good amount of time.
What are the roles for being that position: being respectful to others, keeping the people of the server good and not disrespectful.
Why should we accept you as the position you want: i have had a lot of experience and i really would like to help others enjoy the experience of a good server. there are very few good ones out their without hackers and bad people. i played on a server and one day i logged on and my base was completely robbed i lost everything. so that why i want to be apart of a servers staff
Additional info: i can play 2-3 hours weekdays and 4-5 on weekends depending on work and homework.

Why I Should Pick You: i am very loyal i have played on a cpuple servers as mod and owner and admin and i would love to help yours. i am very good with dealing with situations whether it is hacking or griefing or anything i am always good with that stuff. on the other servers i have solved 20 out of 24 problems with the servers people. i would love to help keep ur server fun and with no bad players. Imagine this situations, how will you deal with them?: (Just banning will not count)
I "A random user joins the server and wants to give him permission to fly so he can a server trailer, he talks with lots of grammar mistakes and hasn't created a channel yet"
I would tell him that i will not do that if he repeatedly asks i would kick him as a warning then if he continues after 2 kicks i perm ban him for around 12 hours then if he continues when he comes back then i perm ban him

II "A random user starts spamming that he is bored" i would tell him/her to stop spamming its against the rules, and tell them some ideas to stop their boredom. If he/she continues i would kick them, if they would have 3 strikes i would ban them for 6 hours

III "A random user says that a user with IGN "asdf9000" used hacks, but he has no proof and only he says so" i would tell him i would look into it and every time the guy is on i would monitor him to see if he hacks to prove he is or if he/she is not, if he/she is i would perm ban them

How often will you join: during the week about 2-3 hours and weekend around 4-5 hours maybe more on weekends

Experience with plugins, staff: I made my own bukkit server once so i have some knowledge with plugins, and helped a server with plugins before. i have been staff on 15 servers mainly admin/op. and owner 2

What permissions should a moderator have?: a mode should be able to have game mdoe, world edit and be able to kick and temp ban someone but only for a couple of hours but not perm ban.

What should moderator do: A mod should make sure that the community is friendly and not being disrespectful to everyone on the server.The should be sure that all the players are following the rules and if they are not following the rules take care of the user that don't follow them in a way that depicts the situation

Why should we pick you:(make this long and not for example because i am good at it... we need more information same for the question below). You guys should choose me because i am very qualified, since i have been admin , op, mod on about 17 servers. i am also very trust worthy, on the last servers i was on i prob ban 20 people for breaking the rules and hacking.
