What Kind of plugins would I need this to be the case?

I have essentials. What if i wanted to temp ban someone? could i do that?

Right, So i Have a Impulse Command Block with " /scoreboard objectives add Deaths deathCount "

then I have a Repeating block that has " /execute at @a[scores={Deaths=1}] run kick "
I also want to clear the board So i have another Impulse CommandBlock with "/scoreboard players reset @a deaths"

I am really new to this, So please don't laugh, but it's not working for me.

I am also on 1.13.2
