Minecraft/Servers Looking for builders and staff

Hey! thought i'd swing by, I'm looking to be staff/builder for a server. anyway, heres my application.

Builder (or staff, i can do both)
I have a mic on my laptop, but i dont always use that. and yes discord.
I'm 14.
Pretty experienced, I have worked for a few small servers before. I have been builder and staff.
I haven't been to the servers ive worked on in a long time, and most of them have been shut down.
I have a distinct style, And they are opposites. I do rustic and modern builds. If I were staff, I have a keen eye for hackers and I am pretty active.
My main language is english, but i speak german aswell.

Experience: I Have been co owner On two Servers, and admin on three. I like Helping People and I am Very Mature When it Comes To helping Any server, Even if i Am just a player. If Anyone Needed Help or Had questions, I would Be open to help. I like Having Fun, But like I said, I like Helping The Server and the community.
Why do you want to be staff?: Like i said, Helping The community, And If i was an admin, That Would Be awesome.
Maturity Level: 9 I Would Have done ten, But I'm Not super Serious when it comes to hanging around.
Timezone: Pacific
I would be On 3-6 hours every day. 3 is very rare, but sometimes i have things to do.
