Describe step by step how you would deal with the following situations:
1) A new user comes on the sever, after half an hour someone reports that they have seen him flying and
that he has NOT been given the rank of Moderator or higher.
I would ask the player if they have any valid proof. If they do not I would tell them that next time they report someone, it would make it easier for the staff to catch the rule breaker. I would soon go into vanish and follow them around for a few minutes to see if they are flying/cheating. If they are I would ask them for their reason for cheating and would temporarily ban them for 6-12 hours. If the problem persists, more harsh punishment would follow. When and If the hacker joins the server after getting banned, I would keep a watch on that player for a few months to see if they had learned their lesson.
2) Two players are talking in chat when one of them starts to spam.
I would politely ask them to stop spamming, and if he/she continues, i would mute them. (I think if i kicked them, the problem would persist.)
If the problem continues I would punish the player accordingly.
3) A player tells you that someone has griefed their structer.
Well first I would look at the logs of the surrounding blocks to see who has interacted with them. If the grief happened in an area where anyone could grief, i would not issue any punishment. I would however strongly recommend they be careful with who they trust and to hide their structure. (This response was based off the faction server, if they had griefed in a plot world that is against griefing, I would ban them and leave a link to apply for an unbar on the forums)
Do you Work well with others?: Absolutely
Can you stay calm when dealing with players who are argumentative or braking the rules?: Not a problem

who are building on the server?: I would never disrespect the position of staff on a server. If someone abused their powers on my server, i would feel very disrespected and would feel like they don't care about their position of staff.
