Why do you want to be staff? [At least 1 Paragraph] would love to become a staff member because of my extensive knowledge in running
and helping communities like this one, I am very helpful and am able to do my job properly without any abuse of powers
given to me, I am also a very active community member giving my best to be active and help anyone across all platforms ( As in Website,Team Speak,Skype,In-Game ETC.)
Why should we accept you? [At least 1 Paragraph]I think you should accept me because of my knowledge in running and moderating servers for the time i have done this (Around 1 year) and I also am a very active community member that will help out allot whether it be in-game or out of game.
Situation Questions
You come online and 2 Players are fighting its getting aggressive what do you do?I would first ask if the players could stop flaming over chat, if they proceed to do it mute them, and if it continues then a kick, and if still continues a Temp Ban for an hour to reflect what they did wrong
You've been playing for a while now and a user says they've donated but didn't recieve their Items? What do you do?Depending on my position in the staff, If I was a higher up and had access to check these things, I would process it myself, but if i was a lower rank, i would contact the owner(s).
You come online and see staff members picking on people and personally targeting them what do you do?
I would first ask them to stop picking on said people if they keep doing so, I would contact a higher up to stop them.
You come online and see some one [In chat] start yelling out Racist/Sexist Comments what do you do?Tell them to stop saying racist/sexist remarks, and if it continues, then mute (etc...)
You come online and some one claims that a person is hacking! what do you do?I would ask why the person thinks he is hacking, and then watch the said person (Hacking person) and look for any suspicious activity.
You come online and a donator uses his items to exploit a game mode what do you do?I would jail him, and then contact a higher up for further demotion/removal of rank/commands/items.
You come online to find the servers been griefed what do you do? [As in everything was destroyed]I would immediately contact a admin,head-admin, or owner (Whichever is available at the time) and hopefully find the person that has done the griefing (Through a plugin possibly)
You come online and see some one impersonating Founders what do you do?
Ask them to refrain from impersonating said person, and if this continues, then a kick, then a tempban.
You come online and see someone impersonating Admins and Lower what do you do? As said above, Ask them to refrain from impersonating said person, if it continues then kick, then tempban.
A staff member bans some one for no reason what do you do?Ask why they banned the person, if supplied a valid reason and evidence of whatever then let it go, but if he has no valid reason or no evidence, I would contact a higher staff member.
