One thing about this is that you don't really need 8 cores just for games. I usually like to stick with 4 cores and I still do just fine. Also, 3 GHz should do just fine. Also, your motherboard supports 4 ram slots so instead of buying 2 of 4GB sticks of ram, you can buy 4 of 2GB to keep the cost down and make your computer performance better in terms of channels and threading. I would also recommend getting a GTX 660 or 660 TI as it is around the same price and it would give better performance. That's really all to say. Good luck with the build!

I took a look at the mother board and to cut down on the ram cost you can buy 4 of 2GB memory since the mother board supports 4 slots. A different memory company will do as well like Hynix or Corsair. You also don't a 650W supply. 400W should do just fine. The processor, I would recommend bringing it down to just 3 GHz, 4.1 is quite a lot and it most likely won't be used which would just be a waste of money. One thing you did forget though is cooling for the processor. You can just buy a basic fan if you are going to drop to 3 Ghz. It should cost around 15$ at max for the fan. That's really all I have to say.

Since you are running a 32-bit OS, the max memory able to run on the system is 3.5 GB. You may put as much as you want but it will still just run with 3.5. The windows and stuff usually takes around 1-2 GB so I would just recommend leaving it as is since you can't really do anything.

I guess that it could be worth the 760 if you want to ensure 120 fps for all the future updates since Minecraft is slowly becoming a heavier game to run each update. Also, it would be fine if your processor was a 3 GHz, 3.4 is well over enough to run Minecraft and Gmod and stuff. Also like what I had said before, you can buy 4 of 2GB memory sticks to lower the cost from 1 8GB stick. Also, if you are going to get and SSD, I would recommend buying it with the rest of the parts. You don't have to get a large one though, 120GBs should be fine. Just install the windows, office, antivirus, and whatever system program onto the SSD and then put all video games or other things onto the 1TB. That's all I really have to say. Good luck!

This should do just fine for Minecraft. In fact I believe that this should be enough to run something like BattleField 4. I don't think you would need a GTX 760 for Minecraft though. A GTX 660 would do just fine although a 670 would do better. Even with keeping all the things you have right now, I'd be expecting around 200+ fps frames. It's a bit over for a simple game like Minecraft. I took a look at the mother board and it has 4 RAM slots so to lower the price from what it is already you can buy 4x2GB sticks instead of 2x4GB sticks. You've also got to make sure that your processor and your mother board have compatible sockets as well. From what I recommended from above you could lower the price a good amount. I also do not recommend getting an SSD as they are still making newer versions and releasing them very often so I would say wait a bit until the updates and adjustments are done so it'll be cheaper for you and more reliable than the ones now. If you've got any other questions just PM or reply to me. I'll answer it.
