I made a fast observer clock.
P- -Piston facing right
-P -Piston facing left
BoR- Block of Redstone
O- Observer
SB- Solid block
P- BoR
O
-P SB
Two things to note:
1. The observer is facing UP.
2. To start the clock, just place dust under the redstone block.
