All the logic is in client.jar or server.jar under net.minecraft. To just read it, download CFR from https://www.benf.org/other/cfr/ and run: java -jar cfr.jar server.jar --outputdir out. The names will look like gibberish and you cannot recompile that. If you want readable names and something you can actually run, use a mod template. Fabric example mod: https://github.com/FabricMC/fabric-example-mod (clone, open in IntelliJ, run ./gradlew genSources then ./gradlew runClient). Forge MDK: https://files.minecraftforge.net/ (download MDK, unzip, import, run the Gradle tasks). Then search the mapped sources for GameRules, villager trades, spawns, and biome code, and make your changes as a mod instead of touching the game jar.

All the non-data logic is in the game JARs (client.jar/server.jar) as obfuscated Java under net.minecraft not in the launcher. Decompile (Vineflower/CFR) and apply mappings MCP (1.8–1.12.2), Yarn (1.14+), Mojang (1.16+) then check GameRules, villager trade classes, spawner/biome code; older worldgen is code (WorldGenMinable), newer uses data/minecraft/worldgen JSON. Mods hook this via Forge/Fabric events/Mixins after remapping.

Use a Command Block: Place a command block and set it to ‘Repeat’ and ‘Always Active’.
Apply Saturation Effect: Enter the command /effect @a saturation 99999 255 true. This gives all players the highest level of saturation, which replenishes hunger but doesn’t regenerate health.
Activate the Command Block: Once you’ve entered the command, the command block will continuously apply the effect, preventing hunger from depleting.

Endless Chickens: Hide a dispenser filled with chicken eggs and a redstone clock in their base. Chickens will keep spawning until they find and disable it.
Invisible Maze: Use barrier blocks to create an invisible maze in their house. They’ll be bumping into invisible walls and will be confused for sure.
Random Teleport: Set up a pressure plate that triggers a command block to teleport them to a random nearby location. It’s disorienting and totally unexpected

Start by being active in the community. It’s important to get to know the players who are already part of your server. Often, the best staff members are those who are already invested in the server’s success.
Next, look for players who show leadership qualities. These are the folks who are helping others, organizing events, or stepping up when there’s a problem.
Consider setting up a staff application process. This can be informal, like a chat on Discord, or more formal with an application form. It gives you a chance to learn more about the applicants and their skills.
Take your time with the selection process. It’s better to have a few reliable staff members than to rush and end up with a team that doesn’t mesh well.
And of course, spread the word! Use your server’s Discord, forums, and social media to let people know you’re looking for staff. You’ve already made a great start by sharing your Discord link and server address.

For the increased render distance, you can use plugins like View Distance Tweaks, DisplayRenderDistance, and Extended View Distance. These will help you manage how far players can see in your server without compromising performance.
To improve connection speeds, consider using the Connect plugin, which can help players join your server more easily, or ServerSync, which keeps your servers in sync.
For allowing supporters to skip login queues, plugins such as ajQueue, Ultimate Queue, or EasyQueue can offer priority access.
Lastly, to set up a dedicated IP for supporters, PremiumConnector can ensure that only they can use this exclusive connection point.

Just a heads-up, when you’re setting these up, make sure to read through the plugin docs to get them working just right make sure to grab the right versions of these plugins for your server.

Get a plugin called Skript, I usuallyndont recommend it but it sounds perfect for what you need! I'll provide a starting point below since there is a bit of a learning curve.
