Help/JavaEdition Minecraft can't install 'icon'?

OH NEVERMIND! I fixed it somehow?!
I just uninstalled ByteFence and everything was fine. Thanks so much for trying to help! Sorry I couldn't understand most of it.

I don't know what "third party minecraft tools" are. I opened task manager, and nothing to do with MC was there, and I made a new 1.10.2 profile. I clicked play and this happened:
