    PC components don't get "worse" in the same way as a bike, when you PC is slow with good specs it's most likely because of system errors or an old OS.

    If a CPU has errors it's most of the time fatal as well so you wouldn't be able to start the PC

    Well it's entertaining, why wouldn't you do something you enjoy doing? Do you like watching Game of Thrones, would you stop watching it because you could be working, no that's just a miserable life.

    Cartoons and anime are also very different, while cartoons tend to be for children anime is meant for an older audience and features more gore and proper storytelling.

    Well considering that Imgur to my knowledge does not have document sharing, my choice would be Google Drive.

    Need it for school, projects, and back up stuff.

    The US might be the strongest country in the west, and the newest influencer. But US influence in Australia is not even close to British influence. The British still today have put a larger impact on culture than the US, maybe even the French as well.

    I believe DMCA only applies if you copyrighted your content before he copied it, and i don't believe that it is possible to copyright a minecraft build or game content overall.

    I really don't know what you should do about it, or can do about it. Nothing they are doing is neccesarily illegal.

    Well personally i feel that vanilla MC doesn't just appeal to many players. As a person who loves to play private vanilla minecraft with my friends i love vanilla, but to most people it just doesn't seem the same way.

    PMC is made with custom web development (I believe cyprezz did the site development), PHP, javascript and MySQL i would guess he used. For the forums it's a redesigned version of PHPBB.

    You'll need an experienced Web Developer, for a project like this might cost easily $1000, yearly for website hosting and domain about $50, you should consider paying for ORG, COM and .NET For your site, then it's $70/year. SEO the web developer is most likely capable of for that price range of freelancers, so that shouldn't be a problem. Also to grow a site in this website industry you'll need advertisements most likely, you choose what you spend but you will have to spend some money on this as well.

    With Enjin you can make a site, but i am sorry but nobody will ever take an Enjin site seriously. They are just not "professional" and look cheap, and most people don't like the style Enjin is designed in.

    So to start something like PMC, you need to be a web dev yourself or have ~$1000.

    Well my parents don't really enforce it that way, they jump come into my room and complain and tell me it's bad for me until they leave. I normally still because i am an idiot always stop too late and sleep for 5 hours.

    So you are not supposed to feel bad because it's not your work? I think you should visit a psychologist and find out if you are a psychopath.

    If someone "deserves it", why would griefing him make it better? So that he can be a little sad then angry and start doing more stuff? If you think you can deliver out justice to 9 year old kids, they will just want vengeance, in what way do you suppose that fixes anything?

    Just like someone else mentioned earlier "Just because you can, doesn't mean you must". It's like saying Putin should order a nuclear attack on the US because he can.

    Griefing breeds nothing positive just unneccesary hate and grief, it's just an immature way of dealing with something you hate. Have you ever heard about "just walking by and not care?", instead of seeing a bad article in a news paper and then go and blow up the news station.

    I feel like it's extremely overrated, i watched a few videos and i was quite disappointed. In my opinion it is no where near Witcher 3 or Fallout 4 in terms of game quality.
