Minecraft/Servers Building A Server (Died)

I love RPG, and your idea for a server is right up my street. If possible I would like to apply for some sort of admin/op/mod status.

Heres what I can do/bring to the server:

Plugins. I know JavaScript, so I could possibly start scripting or even writing plugins.

Advertisements. My friends owned previous servers and I did their advertisements, I can make your videos, banners, etc.

Donations. I will donate. I like donating to servers especially ones that deserve it!

Building. I would love to help you build the place!!

Why should We choose you? Because I have a fair amount of experience. Mod on 1 server, Admin on 2, Op on 2, I previously owned a server of my own.
Why do you want to join ? Because I would love to be a part of the server, and help it grow.
Time zone? GMT (London)
How long per day can you be on? 3 hours weekdays (Long school days), Depends how much freetime I have on the weekend. I'd say over 5 hours maybe, but not every weekend.
How long per week can you be on? 30 hours-ish

Plugin 8
Command 7.5
Redstone 9
Pvp 6

Next is questions for if you can do

Make plugins? Just learnt JavaScript, I would love to have a go, but I can't promise it will work.
Make youtube vids? YESS!!!!
Host a server? Yeah, I probably could, but it depends how much it is. I have previously hosted a server though.
Play tekkit? A bit, I know more minecraft though.
Play minecraft YYEEAAAHH!!

do u agree to just send me the /mail to get in touch or a pm. just to tell me about plugins, nothing else: Yes. I love searching for plugins :3 My friend actually owned a prison server, before he quit minecraft, I searched for his plugins. But now that I know basic javascript I could attempt to script plugins, or even possibly make some.

Before I give you all of the information you are probably looking for, I am good with redstone etc, I haven't been around since beta, but I learn fast. I know worldedit and a lot of other plugins.
The information I will be giving you below is the kind I would be looking for when I was recruiting staff on my old server.

I would really enjoy being an admin/op on another server. I quit minecraft a while ago, gave up on all my servers. Then I learned some javascript and I've come back.
