my expericence-ive been admin on 3 servers and a head admin i know how a server works and such and im well respected
handling griefing-if it isnt that bad of damage tell them to replace it and dont do it again
and read the rules next time if it is serious damage ban them and have them make an appeal.
when a friend ask for op-straight out no enless i get permission from owner and other admins
I hope u make a an addition to your team pm me if i get it or not

hi mikeymight my name is nicepyro25 (ign) but call me caleb ive been playing minecraft for over 3 years now and ive had plenty of experience with admin postions mods and im well respected im a very helpful person i know how to deal with multiple problems that players have everyday and am mature for a 14 year old i think i could benefit your server as a admin in your staff if u would like to know more about me just pm me and we could chat.

1.What i would choose when a kid is complaining that another kid is hacking i would check see how he is hacking and temp ban him and make him make a appeal to what he did and why.

2.if the kid was name calling staff and just being a disturbness to the server i would first warn him to stop if he didnt i would kick him when he rejoined if he continued to be a problem i would mute him from everyone else so he wasnt being a disturbness if later on it continued i would eventally temp ban him.

3.if a higher rank didnt like my idea for building i would say ok and try to work something out where it would make both of us happy because i think if the staff can get along and all be buds then we can have a rocking server.

4.when someone is griefing i would ask them to replace what the damage they did if it was minor and tell them its there warning and next time read the rules if it was major damage they would get kicked then temp banned if they continued.

5.well if its a pvp server then i would tell him its pvp and if he didnt like it then why did u join enless there was a non pvp faction if there was i would direct him in that direction since he didnt seem to like pvp

6.ask him why he did it take away the stuff he got from hacking and ban him and make him do an appeal.

7.ive currently been playing minecraft for around 3 years i use to play on my cuz account until i got a laptop and bought my own account

9.as for postion wise i would like to be admin since ive had expericence in that field and i like pvp and non pvp and really anything and im respectful to others if they are respectful bak

10.i would do anything the server wanted me to do build help here and there really anything.

11.i would tell him that he would have to ask the owner or a higher up and see if he has done enough to become one and if u have a forum to apply there.

i can really be anything u have for grabs i have admin experience from 3 different servers good building expericence and over the past 1 or so ive been invited to become admin on 6 different servers which i have excepted and they say i do a good job so i think i can become a great admin for your server pm for accept or not accepted.

btw-ive been a co-owner before so that also gives me experience in how a server works
