How you'll make a difference: I will be helpful and help in any big projects the server needs
Experience: A lot I play minecraft to much. 10/10, also good with plugins and have started coding them myself.
The Building that I will make on the server to show my dedication and skills: Whatever you want, I can make a spawn or an arena for mini games.
The rules you'd give to players:
It depends, is it a factions server with raiding or a no grieving type of server.
Here are my rules for factions
1) No abusing chat, excessive swearing, spamming, being mean, ect
2) No asking for items or promotions
3) No advertising
4) No hacking
5) Use common sense
And here they are for normal
1) No grieving, stealing, ect
2) No random PVP, if somebody hits you, go ahead and kill em.
3) All faction rules
