1) Why do you want to become a staff member? I enjoy being helpful and useful to others, and with the admin or mod rank (whichever) , this allows me to help the player to the best of my abilities.


2) How much time do you have to contribute to the role? I have school 9-5 so around 2-3 hours on most days


3) Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, please include details.
Yeah, ive been banned before for telling a mod that he was shit and didnt know what he was doing since he was literally watching someone get bullied and wasnt doing anything about it since it was his "friend"

4) What makes you different from other applicants
Im very generous and (well i try be) helpful to other people

5) Tell us about one of your strengths and one of your weaknesses.
S: I prefer to be inclusive so that everybody is having fun and not just select people.
W: Some people say im a little too inclusive.

6) If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft ? Im a big history nerd, lol. other than that i enjoy playing video games on console and pc.


7) Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience?
Ive been admin and mod quite a few times now, maybe 6 or 7 for admin and 5 for mod (sr, jr, and mod). My role was mostly moderating and keeping the server nice and clean, but on occasion i investigated other staff members for corruption (abuse, unfair policies, etc...). Ive only been head admin once but the way i see, the practice makes perfect and the longer someone spends in a certain role, the more they get to know that role better.

8) Are you currently a staff member / builder on any other servers ?
Yes i am currently admin on 2 servers that are ungodly inactive and moderator on one thats kinda small.

9) Anything else we should know about you? Nope, but if you think of something, id be more than happy to answer :).

5) Why Should You Have This Rank: I have a significant amount o experience as admin, if i get the position then this will be my 8th time i think as an admin on a server.

6) How Long Have You Played Minecraft: A long time, maybe 5-6 years

7) Previous Experience: as i said above, i have alot of admin exp on small/new servers

9) Do you prefer to work as a Team or Solo: I prefer solo but only because i get things done faster that way, however, i work just as well in a team.

10) Extra/Other: Any position on the moderator / admin team would be nice, but id prefer a position where i can help people more than just verbally, like if they need help with idk, say a block is gliched and i need to go into gmc to break it, etc you get the idea.

11) Questions/Concerns you have: Id like to know how active you'd prefer a staff member to be.

Strengths AND Weaknesses: S: I like to make jokes, i like to make everyone feel included, Im helpful and if i cant help ill find someone that can. W: Sometimes im a little "too inclusive" i dont really know what that means but some people say that about me.

Rule Breakers: I like to enforce a "3 strike" policy before i start kicking/muting/banning as when people speak their intent is usually very obvious (IE trollers = mute/ban, Normal law abiding citizenss = Warning).

14) Essay [Optional] : Hi, im casper2oo1, but you can call me casper or whatever you like. Im 16 and im from Texas, USA. Im a very generous and friendly person as i usually like to help others more than i like to help myself. Even if i dont get the spot, ill still be glad that i was even given the opportunity to apply for such a wonderful server.
