Answer the following:
Are you familiar with setting up permissions and general plugins? Yes, I am. I am very familiar with PEX(PermissionsEX) and I could set up a whole ranking system in little time.
How can you contribute? I have a lot of experience with dealing with other people from owning my own server. I feel that I am very mature for my age and I am able to crack a joke when the time is right or be serious when it isn't, I am very knowledgeable in the area of server management and I am a quick learner. I can help deal with unruly players as well as keep others interested and help them with whatever they need.
Are you experienced as being staff or owned a server? I have owned and developed my own *unsuccessful* server a couple of times in the past, and I can be a very valuable asset to help set up and maintain a server with a medium player base.
Somebody says they've lost their items on the server, as a staff member what do you do? If the player had lost their items due to another cheating player or irregular bug, I would contact a higher authority with the information I had to be able to fix the problem. If the items were lost in a way that was regular with the gamemode (i.e. Factions raiding) I would explain to the player how it was part of the game and tell them how to fix their mistakes so it wouldn't happen again and the player would be able to have fun.
