Why should i accept you: I would like to be staff because I feel that I need to help out the Minecraft community. I love helping people, and making sure everybody is having fun! I can offer any help on Plugin if you need them too. I have a good eye, so I always look out for swearing, caps lock, spamming etc. I never let anything slip. I think I would really help you out with the crazy people you may get.

Yes, I have been Moderator on a server before, and I has been Co-Owner on 2, as well as Owned my own. I know about keeping an eye out for Swearing, Spamming, Caps lock, advertising and more. I know how to keep the players in order, as well as make sure they are all having fun at the same time!
If somebody was griefing spawn, it would depend on how much damage they are doing. If they are doing very little damage, and just broke 1 block on accident, I would give them a nice warning to replace it. But if they were tearing down the whole spawn, I would give them either a temp-ban for 1 week or perm ban them for Griefing
