4. What staffing experience do you have: About 3 years ago me and a few of my buddies decided to run a PvP factions server with the heroes plugin. It was very successful and we ran it quite well for about a year and a half. Then on the last days of our server with finals coming up and a lack of donations coming in. Long story short, we couldn't keep it running or bring it back.

5. What do you have to offer to our server: I am a great people person and a problem solver. I have a great background history with running a decently sized server as you can tell from above and could bring some of that expertise to that server.

6. Why would you like to be staff on our server: After my old server went down, I took a break from MC for a while. Now I'm trying to get back playing it and I really enjoyed helping the server grow and interacting with our community, so I decided to give it another shot with this server.

1.) What motivates you to want to play on the server? Why?
I love helping servers and communities grow, especially from the bottom up. I would love to be apart of this growing server if you would let me, and I would try to make the server better every day.

2.) Will you play on the server for an extended period of time?:
Yes, after school for a max of about 4 hours.
3.) How active are you? How long have you played Minecraft? What have you accomplished in this time?: I have played mc for about 5 years now, and have started up and ran a server very successfully for about a year and a half, then it went down due to a lack of time and donations.

4.) What can you bring to the server that will benefit it?: I can bring the expertise I have from previously running a server, and moderating other large servers.

5.) Why should we pick you?: You should pick me because of my experience and work ethic, I will be very dedicated to this server should you choose me.

Why do you want to be staff? : Because I love helping servers grow and interacting with the community to make the server better every day.

Why Should we accept you? : I have previous experience running a server of my own and moderating other large servers like a PvP factions server of about 150-200 people and an Avatar based server of about 200-250 people.

Any Previous Experience? : few years back me and a few of my buddies decided to make a PvP factions server with the heroes mod. It was very successful for about a year and a half. It would be about 60-70 people on during prime hours. But then with a combination of finals coming up and a lack of donations. We didn't have the time or money to work on the server. So we put it off for a couple of months. We tried making a comeback but the interest wasn't there and none of the former players came back.


What do you like about the server? : I like the fact you aren't giving up on the server and trying to remake it.

Why do you think you are suitable for this rank, other than that you want to help?: The experience I have running a server and then modding other large servers is what I think makes me suitable for this rank.

It went great for a year and a half with peaking at 60-70 players on at a time. Then with a combination of finals and a lack of donations, We didn't have the time or money to work on it. We put it off for 2 months and tried making a comeback but there was no interest and no former players came back.

Imagine this situations, how will you deal with them?: (Just banning will not count)
I "A random user joins the server and wants to give him permission to fly so he can a server trailer, he talks with lots of grammar mistakes and hasn't created a channel yet": I would say no and tell him that until you get a channel and learn proper grammar you will not make a video for this server.
II "A random user starts spamming that he is bored": I would tell he/she to stop and if he/she didn't I would mute them.
III "A random user says that a user with IGN "asdf9000" used hacks, but he has no proof and only he says so": No proof no ban
How often will you join: everyday, unless (rarely) I can't
Experience with plugins, staff: i have loads of plugin experience. I was Co-owner twice, head-admin twice, admin 3 times, mod 5 times.
What permissions should a moderator have?: Ban, kick, Mute, invsee, nocheat perms, and other small commands.
Anything else?: I just hope i get accepted.

How much time can you dedicate per week: I usually can be on everyday for about 3-4 hours max.

Previous experience: I have owned a server before, Co-owned to servers, I have been a head-admin once, An admin 5 (i'm not lying) times, A head-mod 2 times, and a mod 7 times.

Plugins you are knowledgeable with: I am familiar with hundreds, but i will only name a few: World edit, mob disguise,factions, world guard, essentials,easy warp etc.

How far do you think you will get up the server staff ladder: I think I could make it all the way up to an admin maybe a head-admin.

What do you think qualifies you for staff:My effort and friendliness. I am very mature and I always make fair and just decisions.

When Can You Be On?: gmt +4.5 when ever on weekends and from 4pm onwards on weekdays
What Would You Do If You Find Someone Greifing Or Hacking?: I would perma ban them if it was major. Maybe a week temp ban if minor.
Why Do You Want To Be Admin?: I want to be admin because I love to help people, and it would be awesome if I could help make your sever very successful as I do with all servers I'm staff on. I am very skilled in dealing with people and I always make fair and just decisions. You will never catch me using improper grammar. I know how to catch hacks when they avoid the nocheat plugin.

I was on a server called sacred cake or something and I hit a cow and i got temp banned for 1 week. then when I got back on i made some cake I was was perma banned for "Cake is only for the owner"

Previous experience: I have Owned a server once (very successful), I have Co-owned 2 servers,I was a head-admin once. Been admin on 3 and mod on 4.

Will you abuse your power?: No, I would never abuse my powers. I actually could not think of anything much worse than a staff member abusing his/her powers.

Former positions and why you are no longer in that/those positions: I have stated my earlier positions and I am no longer in those positions because the servers had to close due to financial problems etc.
