Yeah, I don't agree getting Windows 8. It's a whole different version. There's no more Start Menu, etc. Either way, don't by the Full version. It doesn't affect FPS and Gameplay. I would suggest just getting an Nvidia GTX 680 2GB. AMD 7970 is a bit slower by a little bit but just go with Nvidia. Another advantage of Nvidia is that is has PhysX for most 3D games out today. It makes gameplay so much better depending on the game.
