Your form is good, you can't be a artist.
banner or logo is job of "designer", not "artist".
artist's job is draw image.

inpothetI want to apply as second owner or administrator
Current ranks : Server Manger, Website manger, newsletter manger,shop manger(all on the same server)
bans : Non yet and hope i never get them

Time to dedecate : around 5 hours a day
