4. Why do you think this position is good for you? I feel i have been a helper in the past and a mod at one stage and also a builder for a couple servers, I feel the mod position best suited me because i have a good leadership skills to help guide new helpers. I also have a good understanding of the core mechanics of the game, and a decent knowledge of alot of plugins, I have also played on many servers in my years of minecraft, and i understand what makes a good server, great.
5. Experiences as a staff member in all areas. I was a Mod/Builder on a pixelmon server a few years working my way up from helper. i was also a helper on a survival server. i was also a builder on another server.

7. What makes you stand out from most people applying for staff? My knowledge of the game and my sheer experience on a multitude of different servers which allows me to know how to make a server experience that players keep coming back to
8. Can you follow chain of command and help with any question no matter how many times repeated or how dumb the question may be? I can easily follow a chain of command as i have done on other servers, and am very friendly and always happy to help someone in need no matter how trivial their question may be, without judgement
9. Maturity on a scale from 1 - 10. id say 9.5 but that being said i can still have fun
10. How active can you be (hours and days)? Look my days may vary a bit from week to week but id say i could put in somewhere around 50 hours a week give or take a few hours, depending on whats going on in my life.
11. Are you willing to signup to the forums / website and check in once in a while? I'd gladly sign up should i be accepted, and yes i would check in from time to time, i love getting involved in the community, especially if its something i help create.
12. Are you interested in payment if the server does well, if so what type of wage are you looking for (note: the server must become successful with constant donations for you to get paid, the effort you put into is the amount you will receive)? Look payment would be nice but that's something to worry about when the time comes and the server starts doing really well and bringing in alot of donations, and then id only ask for what i feel is fair for the work i put in for each pay period
13. What are your strengths? I have good conflict resolution skills, good building and redstone knowledge, a good idea of most hacks of the game and how to identify them.
14. What are your weaknesses? Sometimes can let my mood affect my lenience be it for good or bad.
15. If you have been a staff member on any server can you please tell me everything about your recent positions and why you left (this includes being an owner of a server and developing custom plugins, if you have created custom plugins please type in what you have made and any proof). when i was a Mod/Builder on the pixelmon server i was someone who helped keep the peace on the server in the community, and help ensure people werent cheating, i also helped build a few things on the server mainly builds for the server, i left that server when it unfortunately shut down due to the owner not being able to pay for it to stay up. When i was a helper on another server i helped new players get started and answered any queries they had, as always if there was something i couldnt answer i would find someone who did know the answer to help the player to ensure they had the best playing experience possible on the server, i left this server when the server went down and the owner deleted all the staff members off skype and we never heard from him again, was a weird experience that. and lastly when i was a builder on the other server i was in charge of building the pvp arena along with a small build team, however i left that server as i was growing tired of minecraft at the time, i gave them plenty of notice and another builder was promoted to my position when i left.
