I am partnered. It says I am partnered and my account is enabled for monetization. I would still like the Youtube BG and if you're refusing then don't offer to make it in the first place.
If your monetized your not able to have a partner background...

Specifics:
- On top have "NitrogenSnow" in Orange glowing letters with a Blaze behind my name slightly (half behind the W of the name and half showing normally if you get what I mean).
- For the main Background can I have an orange swirl effect (this fades away to black as you scroll down)
- For the left side can I have a Netherrack platform 'sticking out' from the side of the youtube page with a Magma cube on it. Have this about halfway down the left side.
- For the right side can I have a Nether Fortress 'sticking out' from the side of the youtube page with a Wither Skeleton on it. Have this close to the top of the right side.
Oh, and feel free to put your name near the bottom of the design or something. Something like 'made by xxx' because I don't want to seem like I'm stealing from you.

I do have a question. From what i've seen your channel isn't partnered thus concluding i can't really do your name at the top. Unless you want the text to be really small and fit into that gap...
