    2 people came on mine once, they were nice. They did ask for staff, I said maybe. I let them in creative mode to help me with a build. I decided to make them staff. They are some of the best builders/redstone creators I have ever seen. Sometimes it happens. They helped my server get better, so now I have a little more people coming on

    Somebody came on my server, asked if I wanted a banner made. I said yes. He said I had to pay for it. I said no thanks. He left.

    This happens so much, it's like somebody comes on the server just for that, and not for what the server is for.

    nmoleo64I have seen youtubers press a key when hovering over an item and it will show how to craft it. What mod is that? I saw one that gives you a book, but that (probably) doesn't work with mod items.

    Go to https://minecraft.net/download Click "minecraft_server.1.8.7.jar"
    Now it will download a file. Place that file in an empty directory. I will call mine "Minecraft Server". Now run the JAR. It will create some files and close. Open eula.txt. The last line says "eula=false". Change that to "eula=true". Now your EULA is done. Now run the server again. It will open a window. Wait about 30-60 seconds and close the window again. Now open server.properties. This is your server's properties file. The only properties you want to change (for now) are:

    level-name=world
    Change "world" to the name of your world (please note that if the world has not already been created, it will create a new one)

    white-list=false
    Change "false" to "true". This will make it so that only certain players can play on your server. You can change the people somewhere else. If you leave it at "false", anybody with your IP can connect.

    motd=A Minecraft Server
    Change "A Minecraft Server" to the message you want to display. For colored text, visit http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Formatting_codes

    For more properties and their descriptions, visit http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/server.properties

    Now that is done. Save the file and run your server. In the server window, there is a textbox (bottom right). In the textbox, type "/op YOURUSERNAME", with YOURUSERNAME being... well, your username. To add people to the white list, type "/whitelist add USERNAME". You do not need to whitelist yourself.
    Add a server with the Server Address being "localhost". Connect to that server. Now build in your world. Your server is done!

    DISCLAIMER: Only people on your WI-FI network will be able to connect. To make it so that people on other networks can connect, either purchase a Minecraft Realm or other paid server, or port forward. This will differ with every router. To do this, go to your router's customization page (usually 192.168.1.1) In the Port Forwarding section, press the Add Port button (may differ). Under the Name/Service Name/Other, type "Minecraft Server". Under "Port Range" and "Local Port" (may differ), type "25565". Under Local IP/IP/Other, type your computer's local IP address*. To figure out that (Windows), open Command Prompt. In Command Prompt, type "ipconfig". It will type a lot of text. Under "IPv4" address, it will show a number that looks something like "111.111.1.111". That is your local IP address. To get the address to give to people when they connect, type into Bing "whats my ip". It will give you a number that looks similar, but not the same number of characters as your local IP. That is the number to give people.
    If you do not port forward, just to the Command Prompt part and give people that number to connect to.

    I was going to make a mod but I can't get setTextureName(""); to work so how do you fix that?

    Maybe, but in my shop, some things you only sell 1 item and others you sell multiple items and I want them to look the same. You press a button. The items get removed from your inventory. You get points.

    mrvideogaming1What is the best prank you have ever pulled? Mine was this April 1st. I got a VPN based in Yemen on the schools WiFi so whenever someone google'd something on their Macbook, all the results were in Arab. It was hilarious. Everyone thought the school did it as a joke. I only told a few people about it too xD

    My mom also pulled a few good ones. She works at an ambulance squad house so they have all sorts of medicines and stuff there. So she took carbocaine (the stuff they use at the dentist to make your mouth numb before they give you the lidocaine) and put it on the toilet seat. Another prank she did was take a gel which makes people dizzy and put it on their steering wheels. Dangerous, right?
