It is apparent that we do not require the knowledge of an individual's last name. However, we have found that most people are comfortable with using such and would only use it with their explicit permission over speech and not on a published post. All information in our application system is kept private and is not viewed by anybody else except myself, Nicholai, the founder and owner of Nobility.
Due to a reconsideration, I have decided to eliminate the last name portion of the application and will abide by first name referral basis. If you feel more comfortable with the new application, I do ask that you fill it out accordingly and I would love to have you on our team if you do so desire.
