Could you build a poor-middle class town-city (in between, it needs to house at least 25 people) that has a capital building, grocery stores, stables, barracks, and houses. If you need help, I will gladly help. If you could (I don't care if you do) I would like it to be away from jungles, snow, and deserts and next to the ocean. If you do put it by the ocean, it'd be great if you built a harbor.
