"I found out a way to use it! You open the .jar with winRAR (or another unzip program) and go into net --> minecraft --> skintest --> gfx and you replace the char.png file with your own skin. Then run the program and it should show your skin!" -Bravethief

Make sure the skin you replace the char.png with is named char.png :}
