Update:
When i type /function dynlight:profile/off (basically turning the datapack off) the sound disappears
and when i type /function dynlight:profile/fancy (turning the datapack on) the sound comes back
so now i'm 100% sure that the sound is coming from the datapack, but i still don't know how to access that sound and stop it
