A little while ago, I had a Tekkit server. It was fairly small but consistently had around 10 players on. It was a public server with all of the major plugins and features such as Factions, WE, an economy, etc. I had this server for around 6 months but I unfortunately had to shut it down due to a lack of funds. I then moved onto a hub server which featured survival, minigames, creative, and factions. I played a major role in setting up the plugins and also helped make a banner. I was only part of the server for around a couple of months because I had a lot of school work to do. At the moment I am helping to make a server with my brother (I can give proof if needed) which will be factions themed. As we only have a fairly small budget and as of yet an unestablished community due to early stages of development, we are only focusing on one theme. The main plugins are done and now we only have to add the bells and whistles. The reason I would like to be part of this server as well as my own is because mine is going to be finished fairly soon and while I will still have to go on it for a fair amount of time, I would still have a lot of free time not doing anything.
Skills
I would say that I am good at the development side of servers. By this I mean that I am good at configuring plugins and am good at finding plugins that are not as well known but add a nice touch to a server. In terms of moderating skills, I would say that I am am able to help a minecraft community. For example, this could be in terms of keeping a nice atmosphere despite a player that may have lost their temper and are on a little rampage. It could also be with engaging with the community helping with any troubles that there may be. I also believe that I am good at being able to use plugins like World Edit, World Guard, Logblock, etc. as I have owned my own server in the past and have had to deal with them a lot. I can also adapt to plugins fairly quickly. By this, I mean that if there is a plugin that I have not used before, I can very quickly learn about how and when to use it.
Extra information
I went on the server and so far have had a chat with the staff you have picked so far and they all seem very helpful and friendly. I also enjoy playing on a survival themed server and could spend a lot of time on it.
