I don't think that is possible anymore. There used to be tools that almost did the job (before the aquatic update) but from searching just now, looks like the chunks dont convert properly which makes them not load at all.
Seems like nobody has put the time into developing a program that works the way it should, maybe because of low demand for such program. I wouldn't have expected any results at all tbh, old gen minecraft was a completely different codebase to what bedrock (C++) is now, and thats completely different to java. Bedrock has gone through multiple iterations also, most recent I think being the upgrade to the "render dragon" graphic rendering system.
The amount of work to make a converter is just too much at this point basically. Latest results of something "working" was 3 years ago, now its just viruses and malware with clickbait.
