Thanks for the kind review, although one point I'd like to dispute is your accusation that I'm lazy.
It's not about laziness, I have a fulltime job and run the server as a hobby.
Between managing the server and developing Bukkit Plugins it doesn't leave me alot of time to sit around on a packed server an undergo an interview from a 15 year old.
I did ask that if you wanted me to answer a questionnaire to please email me the questions and I'd do my best to respond in a timely manner, You however refused and left.
Not much I can do about that.
Regarding 'a little Lag'
We're an Australian server, you're from the US. 'nuff said.
