Minecraft/Servers My Server needs Moderators - Experienced would help!

Experience: I am very experienced, have been mod on 2 servers, both shut down, but one only recently.

Have you ever been banned from a server? Nope.

Do you have Skype? Yep.

Why do you want to help? I want to help because I really want to help small servers like this grow into amazing servers, and I just love helping people out!

How often are you available? Depends on school. On holidays, at least 2.5 hours a day, but on school days probably 1 hour a day.

What could you do to someone if they misbehaved? Depends how bad it is. If they swore (if that's against the rules) that's a warning, if they repeat it, a mute, if they do it again, maybe a 1 day temp ban. If it was hacking, probably an instant ban, but I'd discuss with Admins or you etc.

Any building experience? Nope, but I can build

To get "that thing under your message" (which is called a signature), just press the My Account button (top right corner) and on the left hand side, you will see options. Right at the bottom of the list, you will see "Change Forum Signature". Press that, and edit away!

Experience: I have a lot of experience, in moderating, administrating and Minecraft in general. I love playing, making others laugh and having a good time.

Position: Moderator, Head-Mod if there is one or Admin.

Why I Should Pick You: You should pick me because, as mentioned before, I love making people laugh and I think I can make your server a better place. I can bring maturity, but also humour, and ensure players all have a great time. I will make sure order is restored, whatever the issue. I believe in the phrase "Enjoy your life, it's the only one you'll get." I try to make sure all people get the best experience possible.
I also do very well in school, and am a fast typer, averaging about 80WPM (words per minute)

[Past experience?] I have been an Admin on a server, and a Mod on my favourite server of all time, which has sadly shut down. I have also helped build some projects on said servers.

[Where are you from?] I am from the UK, England.

[How much time can you dedicate?]
Quite a bit. I have school, and a social life which I don't really want to break but at least half an hour at the least in a regular day, i'd say.

[What does dedicate mean to you?] Dedicate to me means to trust and put time and effort into a place, person or thing. I believe in true dedication and trust, as I think it is a huge part of life. I need one more sentence so... I'll just see myself out.


[Why would you like to be apart of my server?]
I would like to be a part of your fantastic server as I think the concept is a great idea, and I would love to be part of the server's rise to fame, as I'm sure it will have a breakthrough, especially if I'm selected as a Head-Mod, or anything really
I also want to join your server as I think I will offer humour, but also maturity and seriousness when needed. I'm a funny person with a wide sense of humour, but I know when to make a joke and when not to. My friends laugh when i'm around even in the saddest of moments, and I have quite a few caring, close friends that I can trust and rely on, and I think I can bring my strengths and quality to your server. Most people I meet are instantly drawn to me, and I balance my spare time well, with different things. I also want to join as I haven't played Minecraft for a while.and I want to get back into the game, and what a better way to do so than to join a fantastic,caring Minecraft server. [How can you benefit me?] I can benefit you in many ways: I can help your server, you'll be able to trust me all the time. I can restore order at all times, no matter the issue. I really think the server and players can improve with me around. I will make your server a better place.

[What are you looking to get out of my server?] I'm looking to get a fun experience, and a reason to get back into Minecraft. I also want to teach some players important life lessons, which will get them far in life.

How long have you played Minecraft: Since June 2012, loved the game ever since I started playing.

How well do you know the mechanics of Minecraft: I know most of the mechanics and rules, blocks, etc but in recent updates may not be quite sure on a couple of things, but if I get chosen for this I can do my research
Have you been a Mod for a server before: Yep, and Admin on 2.

Are you familiar with WorldEdit: Of course! Who isn't Jokes aside, I've used WE not too indepth but I know nearly all basic commands and a couple of advanced. Haven't used in around a year, but I will get used to it, I'm sure.

How well can you handle your temper: In real life, awfully. But over a video game, I usually keep my cool; after all, it's only a game, as some people fail to understand.

If 3 different players are accusing 1 player of stealing a diamond sword, what would you do: Hmm, tough one. This has actually never occurred in all my time of playing Minecraft. Firstly, I would check if stealing/griefing is allowed on the server, which I'm assuming it's not. Then, I would check the accused player's inventory, chests, etc. Then check the 3 accusing player's inventory and chests, then I would make an instinct decision of what I know. 9/10 I would handle this situation correctly.

Questions you may have: Not exactly a question, but I can always help out building-wise if needed. Also, I really want this position as I want to get back into Minecraft after not playing for about a month, and what a better way to do so than joining such a great server. I love making others laugh and be happy; that's what I believe is one's main goal in life. Also, I do very well in school, in subjects like Numeracy, English, etc. I am also a very fast typer; an average of about 85 WPM (words per minute). Well this kind of ignored the fact you were asking for questions, but... Lets move on shall we?

What position are you aiming for?- Admin/Mod
Age?- 13
Maturity Level- An 8/10, can be jokey at times but serious when needed to be
Time Zone- British (no idea what its called )

Why should we except you?- I am an experienced Minecraft player, been in the community since 1.3. I like to help people in Minecraft and real life. I am helpful, kind and I think I can make your server go one big step in the right direction. I can deal with players appropriatley (I can spell) and not just hand out bans like cookies. ect. if I see a player advertising, spamming or saying rude things in the chat I will politely ask them to stop. If they disrespect me or another staff memeber or carry on, depending on how bad it is, a temp-ban or ban (if they advertise after a warning I will ban them as they have no intent to play on the server but just try and get players to play on theirs). I am also decent with commands and World Edit.
Previous experience?- I have been Admins on many servers, all which had no money to run and had no choice but to shut down. I have been Moderator on a server that was DDOSed. Also been a helper on a server, but they restarted the server and the staff all got demoted.

Any additional info?- I like swaggy ice cream.

When I saw a tree fall down in my garden then like some black thing flew off.
It turned out the black thing was a bird flying away from the fallen tree lol.

Why you want to become a moderator: Because I feel like I can benefit your server and wold like to help out. It looks like your server is W.I.P and I could help finish off or build things for the server. Im also decent with commands and World Edit.
Experience with staff/Minecraft: I have been moderator on many servers (around 5) and have played minecraft since 1.3.1
What would you do if someone broke the rules?: I would mute, kick, tempban or ban, depending on how serious. If you had a jail plugin I could also jail them.

Should not of been taken down.
Theres over 450 blocks/items in Minecraft
If you changed all the block/item names, thats more than 450 changes
Thats more than a normal resource pack.

What you wanna be: Mod/Admin
What you will do: I will help out as many players as I can, punish hackers, advertisers, rude players etc. I love helping out the Minecraft Community and I think I can make a big difference to your server. If a player got griefed I would rollback the grief and tempban/ban the griefer. Im decent with commands and World Edit. Players that spam or send rude messages would be firstly muted for 5 mins, then 10, then 60, then a tempban for however long I feel they should be tempbanned for, and finally a permban.
Advertisers would be tempbanned, and if they came back and advertised they would be permbanned.
I think I can benefit your server greatly.
If you been staff before: Yes I have, ive been Mods on many servers and Admin on a few.
Can you build: Not really, im a lot better with World Edit though
If i can trust you: Of course you can trust me!

Why you should pick me: I am mature for a 13 year old, and will take my job very seriously. I can joke around, but when I need to be serious I will be.
