Instead of complaining to the moderators that they need to fix their moderation procedures and how many people they have on staff, think about what you can do to help, in addition to whatever you're already doing.
For example, if you see Derp#1 getting away with stuff from 8 to 11, screenshot and PM that picture to a mod. Don't minimod, but make sure that news of SERIOUS rulebreakers gets to mods.
The reason I say this is, the mods know a lot more about this than you and I do. They are able to see the infractions being given out like the_soup said. Or, maybe, it's just not that big of a deal.
First of All I posted this topic first, and now your saying how I should stop complaining, I am simply saying that we need more mods
Most of all, just relax. This website is made for recreation and fun. No need to get upset or concerned. Plus, chances are, the moderation team has it covered.

It's better than not doing it at all because the mods will ban him anyway, they always do. If they do use an alt to spam you, tell a mod like LuisGoldacre or Vrezh, who always respond to their PMs.

Mods are people too you know, I think Vrezh would have replied to you, it's his job on this site to do so.
