Why do you want to be staff of VolatileMC?: To Help with any hackers, Spammers and people making racist remarks, also to have a friendly environment for anyone who comes on the server. I will do anything you ask unless you be disrespectful to me.
Any additional information: I'd like to make a hacker free environment for everyone to be in.

How many hours a day would you spend on the server?: 6-8 hours.
Previous experiences?: Yes but i have been banned from the server and i hope i don't get the same here i used to be mod. I wish to make a great friendship with all staff.

Why should we pick you(2-3 Paragraphs): You Should pick me because i've some experience looking for Hackers, spammers, swearing people and don't tolerate it. You should pick me because i will listen to you when you ask me to do things. definitely if it's important. I also have basic knowledge of commands and plugin commands.

What are your strengths(1-2 Paragraphs):i love to make people happy and have a conversation with anyone, i love to make people feel welcome in the crowd and come back to the server.

What are your weaknesses:People being disrespectful to me and other staff, includes swearing/spamming and demanding me to do things i shouldn't.

What are the basic commands for factions:Sorry i infact have no interest in factions-the only commands i know would be /f create, /f sethome, /f sethome raid, or /f leave, /f kick (name).

Why you want to be staff: i would like to be a part of staff to help keep your server clean of hackers, swearing and spamming players which you may have a problem with.

Experience: i've only had experience with admin but i'd like to give Moderator a try.

Have you joined the server to check it out before applying? (If not do so): yes i currently have.

Do you know what skywars and mob arena are?: Yes i know what skywars is-skywars is a mix of skyblock and pvp put into a compact gamemode. Mob Arena is game mode for team pvp but instead of fighting each other you fight oncoming waves of mobs

What would you do to a spammer or advertiser: I would sort it out by TempBanning them for 5 days-if giving permission i will ban immediately.

Mod/Super-Mod Format

Are You Experienced With This Position: On Certain levels i am experienced The only Position i have on any server was Ad-min, i have knowledge of (Basic Commands) i have had alot of experience with hackers as i used to use them but they are not worth using-It just ruins your experience with Minecraft so i will be able to easily tell out hackers between the normal player's The last Server i was on i was Ad-min but they enjoyed my presence on their server, they also said i did a great job after i found 3 hackers at once.

How Old Are You: I am currently 16 This Year. I Will Be 17 Next Year.

What Are Your Skills: I will make this is easy to understand as possible i don't like to make things complicated. My Skills are Good Communication, Able to deal with hackers in a mannerly way, Good Co-operation, and Good Listening.

What Are Your Weaknesses: My Weaknesses are very simple, I don't like it when people say i'm disrespectful for doing nothing, Yelling at me to do things that i shouldn't do, and encouraging me to do thing i don't want to.

Why Should I Trust you: You should trust me to do the right thing, I will do anything you ask me to do as Server Manager.

Why Should I Accept You: You should accept me because i will be listening at all times to what you or a Higher Rank than me says to me if it's a serious problem or situation.

How Mature Are You Out Of 10: 8-9 Maturity.

How Could You Help This Server: i can help get any hackers off that have been seen by anyone or by any staff to help clear the server of hackers/Modders from spoiling all the fun for people. I could also help by directing someone new to the set of Rules or help get to their destination or even help with the Commands.
