Why would you like to be staff: It would give me a feel of what it's like to actually be a part of a team. If someone would ask a question, I would simply give them a strong and honest answer to help them as much as possible. I personally would like to see Tremble expand into a powerful community of great people. Not many people get their questions answered, or their punishment for spamming and such. I feel that I would be able to handle the amount of problems that people have and help as many people as possible to give the server a positive view to other people that are looking to start playing on Tremble. I feel that if I become a staff member, it would allow me to bond and learn from other players, and help them out with whatever they need. I want to minimize the amount of rule breaking and create an enjoyable experience for the whole player base. Additionally, I would like to become an Admin to help and encourage new players, provide them any assistance they may need, and generally aid any player in any way they require in a polite, respectful and accelerated manner. I would like to help relieve some of the stress of the other staff members by being active and helping consistently. I could bring my commitment, I would try my very hardest to provide players with informative and helpful answers to all their queries, I would do this frequently to make sure all players have an enjoyable experience. Also because of my previous experience, I have a great understanding of appropriate sanctions and the best means to deal with rule breakers, by simply making fair unbiased decisions. Also, I have high amounts of time and patience, which I think would be essential when helping players come to grips with rules and any problems they have.
What can you bring to the server: I would focus on maintaining the peace, assisting players in making their ideas reality, and keeping everyone active and entertained. I would keep the peace by reminding people of the rules before any situation became too big of a deal, and caring for everyone involved, newbie or veteran. Although I am immature sometimes, I am working on becoming more mature. I find myself very kind toward (most) players, I’m fairly helpful. I know many, if not all, of the commands and how those work as well. I love helping out, and even if a lot of people are asking me to help that at once I will try to get to all of them and if not, then I will ask another staff member to help. I am a fun person and I love to have conversations with the members, but when force needs to be applied I drop the act and get on the problem. I know what to do in situations such as dealing with hackers or just a person spamming in the chat. I am always willing to help someone that needs it, and I enjoy greeting and answering questions whenever possible. I love to interact with everyone anyway I can.
What is your past experience?: I was a Moderator on a server that goes by the name of CreativeCraft. They have a 100+ daily playerbase, and their community was amazing. I helped with a lot of things including their social media. I was also a forum moderator there for a short period of time.
Why should we choose you: I think differently than most people I know, I apply logic, reason and emotional aspects in equal proportion to the solution of problems. I have an unusual amount of intuition when it comes to people, I am able to figure out motivations and intentions with a high rate of accuracy. Even with people whom I've had very little interaction with. I don't fit stereotypes very well. I'm often the odd one out in a group. I surprise people often with my reactions and perspectives. I have a high EQ, which I feel is incredibly useful, particularly in my fields of management and life coaching, so I make a point of flexing and improving these skills. I love to read and have the ability to absorb and apply abstract principles, and transfer these points of learning to other fields and applications, which I'm told is a relatively rare ability. I love being different and surprising and not fitting stereotypes. I'm rather pleased to be me. I have a great self esteem and good confidence which makes me willing to seek out and accept challenges which I may not appear to be able to deliver on initially. I'm not afraid of failure. In fact I think it is an essential part of the experimental process that gets you to success.
What would you do if you came across a hacker: I would make sure to get enough evidence of the said hacker hacking, so that they can be fairly banned. If I wasn't able to record at that moment I would get another staff member on to do it for me.
What would you do if someone was Spamming/Being toxic: I would tell the spammer to stop spamming before anything is done. If he/she decides to continue I will mute them for a reasonable amount of time. If they decided to continue afterwards it would result in a tempban/long mute.
