Your reaction to Griefing: unless its factions in which case greifing is fine it would be jail then second time temp ban third time ban
What specialty you can bring to the server: well i love events can think of some great ones to do, i can make some good pixel art and player statues in spawn.
Why I should choose you: im nice, fairly strict, mature, experienced, can use most of servers plugins u listed quite well, can be on lots like 2-4 hours week day 2-8 weekend, i dont abuse, i like to help players, i will moderate constantly, i know appropriate punishments for different offences.
Position you are applying for: Admin preferably but if u find i do not meet admin standards i would happily help as a mod.
