Something that works for me if I get bored of playing Minecraft normally, instead I'll spend a long time (weeks to months, years in rare cases) recreating some of my favorite games, just using vanilla commands and redstone
FNaF especially, because of the FNaF games being so simple in gameplay, yet fun, it makes them feel rewarding to create and play without making an impossible task for yourself
