Noise ah so loud. If you dont know what noise is, its when you use the "burn" tool and randomly mix colors around. That is NOT shading. For minecraft skins, the most preferred shading system is pallete shading, and for color choosing, hue jumping. Hue jumping is when instead of rotating the color wheel, you take a "shortcut" through the center (or near the center) to your point B.

ENYWAYS, your skin is a great skin for a beginner! =]

Still not great. it looks sloppy , it has a bit of pillow shading and looks very unnatural. also you need to try hueshifting.


Ill still value my 30 second skin over the only two skins youve made. And the texture pack you made is "ok".
