I can see immediately that I can not join this server from outside of hamachi.

First indicator is the IP. Anything Hamachi related has 5 as the first quarter of the address.
As long as the IP is 5.*.*.*, Nobody outside of Hamachi can join it.

No offense, but if WorldGuard is hard for some of your moderators.. they need to get some flash cards or something. All the documentation is ingame, using ingame commands. Not to mention that the time you take finding someone to code this plugin of yours, they could be better familiarizing themselves with WorldGuard's region commands and flags.

I've seen this error happen to me. It's a corrupted/misplaced chunk.

Try using a program called chunkster, located on Bukkit.org

Follow the directions for chunkster, and your world should be saved.

First question: Yes, you are able to host the server software on OSX.
Second question: No, I doubt there would be a version of multiplayer without using the server software.

Uh.. 8 bucks a month for 4 slots? Are you kidding me? I suggest you trust redjello with this one and check out MPServ.
