Jan_Kees_DoodleWell, the first issue I can identify is that you are using integrated graphics. Despite its simplicity, Minecraft is a very graphics-intensive game. You should install Optifine and tune your settings down somewhat, whether you think you need it or not. You are also using a notebook/laptop with a touch screen, so your graphics capabilities are being compromised by the workload created by the touchscreen, itself.


Thank you for taking your time to reply and provide good information. Yes, the same thing happens on both multiplayer and singleplayer.
I installed Optifine, and I still have 1-5 fps; but, when I press Esc the fps increased to 100-200 fps, sadly once I start moving around the fps plummets back to 1-5.
I also am very confused, because minecraft was working perfectly fine 3 days ago
