Past Experience with plugins/servers:
Know how to use world edit pretty good along with essentials. If given chance i can easily figure out how to make more plugins work. I have past experience coding video games which in comparison is way harder then mine craft plugins.
What do you think you can do to help out community grow?: Advertise and offer the best support i can to make new players happy and keep them coming back so they will stay. Keep things organized. Just provide a great and better time for everyone to the best of my ability .
What makes you special over other applicants?:
I'm a great builder i don't feed around the push. If something needs to get done or needs to be addressed i will do it. Quiet simiply the goal is to get the server looking nice with all the plugins working good looking buildings lobbys and hubs and to make sure people come on be nice to them make them happy and keep them coming back for more fun all things i can help get done.
Have you been banned before on other servers: Once
If so, why?: Owner was a racist.
If a player comes on the server and advertises another server, what do you do?
Immediately ban them for 2 weeks if they come back and do it again perma banned.
No questions asked advertising is not allowed it like stealing or breaking into someone else house just wrong and against the law lol.
If you come across a player that is using innapropiate language, what do you do?
Verbal warning if they keep going mute for 20 minutes if they still keep going temp ban for few hours. But unless there like just slinging out racist slurs or sexual harassment i wouldn't perma ban them.
If a palyer calls you too a griefed house, what do you do?
Well that can be a tricky one if its factions then i would do nothing cuss griefing is allowed i would assume. If there was a survial mode were grieifing wasnt allowed then the person who did it wouldnt be punished in what ever way we may have set up in the rules for that game mode.
