Help/JavaEdition How Can I Teleport Someone Somewhere When They Die?

The point is that I don't want the new players to spawn there, only the dead ones.

Additional info: I would like a skin that resembles Kid Icarus (http://bit.ly/1JzEMNA)
But looks more unique. I would like it to have a long white robe instead of the clothes he is wearing now. I would like boots as well. The face can be the same, except instead of the things in his hair now, I would want a wreath. The same hair, and boots as the picture, though. I would like the eyes to be different than the usual eyes, and the model to be Alex. Kinda make the skin medieval themed, or any theme that looks good. If that's too much, sorry! But if you don't think that is unique enough, I can add more.

When I got Minecraft I got SethBlings skin (I didn't know about him at the time, I just liked Mario), and I made a boat and was enjoying the ocean. My house was bad, as well. I had already got the full version of Minecraft for free somehow before, but I thought that the paid version was much better. (Even though it was the same thing I think )
