1. Server ip not added.
Go to start (if windows) and go to run and type cmd.exe
In cmd, type ipconfig
Scroll till you see ipv4 address. (something like 192.168.01.1)
Put that ip in front of the server-ip: in your server.prop

But then you need too portforward if you haven't. That's a different story, I prefer looking it up on YouTube or buying a minecraft server service provider like BeastNode.
