Got a few suggestions for you, not sure how much they will help but this is what i think from watching your videos for a while. This is all intended as constructive criticism and I only want to help you to improve.
I'd have some music in the background, just something from like NCS or Monstercat, whatever you want really, I think maybe editing the video down so it's only the interesting stuff would benefit your videos.
I'm not sure if it's your mic, volume or just your voice, but you sound really quiet in all the videos I've watched so far, maybe it's just an experience and confidence thing i dont know.
As far as your actual channel is concerned, there is a lot that you've done that's really good, like having all your separate series in playlists etc, but I think one of the major things you need to improve is your thumbnails, if you look at the bigger youtubers they all have this consistency of having their character in their thumbnails, it helps to make their videos recognisable as being theirs, maybe ask around and see if you can find someone to make them for you or give you some help.
I'd also give your description an update, I'm guessing you probably did it when you made the channel and haven't changed it since, like most of us do, but it's really worth doing. Also there's the channel tags, not sure how familiar you are with this but it's essential to be good with, you have to be able to tag your channel correctly, it's found in your youtube settings under 'channel' and then 'advanced', its listed as keywords and it helps your channel to show up when people search for it!
Thats all i can recommend right now, hope this helps!
