Communities/Teams Silencian guild : looking for new RP members.

-reason you want to join: I have been searching for a group/server like yours for a while and some of my friends sent me the web address to apply for your group.
-job(s) you like to do: farming, mining, trading and building
-skypename: oveny (the one with a picture with small words on the picture)
*anything about yourself we need to know? I have helped and been admin and mod for many servers also I have been on minecraft since 2009 like this group.
*experience with other guilds you had? I have had lots of experience with guilds/factions and I have had experience with being second in charge of guilds/factions and have had experience with being in charge of factions and guilds.
*questions?Nothing really I need to ask at the present time.

Skype:rick has it already and i forgot what it is called but on my account changed name is plain oveny (england)
Why do you want to be staff?I want to be a staff member to stop griefing and also in force the rules, I would also like to help it grow even more than what it is,I would also like to help rick out on some of the problems like griefing and people having to wait till someone who`s rank is mod+ to give them a nic on the server.I have been on the server for nearly two months and would love to help it grow like it was since i been on there also i go on the server sat-thurs i also had experience on being mods and admin on servers.
please accept my request because i would love to get in the action and help the server.

Why do you want to be staff?i want to be part of the staff because i think this is one of my favorite servers and i want to help it grow and get more popular, i also want to enforce the rules e.g. no griefing and not kill if you are not in rp.i hope i get in the staff and thanks for making a cool server.
