Answer: Yes, I've made basic plugins through tutorials, and can re-compile open source plugins; as well as decompile plugins for their source. I know about a half of the Java programming language although I can search Google for the other half that I do not know; I also plan on completing the rest of the Java tutorial during the summer. I also know Javascript, basic HTML, I have the Eclipse programming environment if I need it.

Answer: Yes, I wouldn't apply if I didn't.

Answer: I can usually be on weekends a good deal of time. But, during the week I'm learning java, but if there's an emergency I can be on.

Answer: I would first make sure you had proper block logging plugins installed, then I would identify who griefed, and then punish the person that did it according to your severity of how bad the player should be punished.

Answer: Well, I usually wouldn't have to do anything because there are plugins out there to deal with them at very cheap server cpu and ram consumption.

Answer: I hate Skype because of its security flaw, but my username is: "ownercjmikes" no quotes.

Answer: Because I don't want to go through the process of putting my server back up or maintaining it again, it takes too much of my time, which I do not have anymore. Plus my dad blocked the port which I hosted it from at my house. I also need it to perform in-game commands.

Answer: If you mean log in to other servers and spam our IP, yes I can although I'm not going to; I feel that it is morally wrong to. Although, putting the IP address on a public website, I can do.

Answer: Everything that has to deal with computers, and digital electronics. I am very well-rounded when it comes to computers.

Answer: I ran my own server on my computer, set up a virtual machine to make it dedicated, and boosted the response time to players by about 75%. I helped one of my friends run his server with a VPS. I also helped my friend’s brother with his server he hosted on his computer and port forwarded it. I also know how to use no-ip to make a server IP address static.

Answer: If you mean new ideas about game play, I sort of have creativity, but I can usually Google search for parameters that players can give me and find an appropriate plugin.

Answer: I have fixed enough computers with Teamviewer that I was suspected of commercial use. People could trust me controlling their computers, and I have been raised on moral values by my parents. Plus, if I did anything to you, I know that you could fix it, so there is no point of me wasting my time trying to hurt you, and then get myself banned. As well as waste all the time I’ve tried to gain your trust.
[19] Question: Can you work well with other people?
Answer: Yes, I had to run my own Minecraft and Runescape Private Server; I had to deal with arguments all the time. I know how to settle people down, or to make the problem stop. I know that people will leave if they get mad, so you always make sure you cover your ass and make sure you give them plenty of fair chances.
[20]Question: Do you do well in School?
Answer: I have made Honor Roll (A's and B's) every year in high school. I am going for a diploma that requires 47 credits instead of the regular Core 40. I would consider myself the top 30% of my class.
Other notes: If you have any other computer problems I'd be glad to help. I've also dealt with server denial of service attacks, and flood bots. Each of which I handled in less than 10 minutes.
My maturity, on a 1 to 10 scale I would consider myself a 9.
