When I made a village in the cloud when I started Minecraft with a friend of mine, it was in beta on a hamachi' server.
It was before creative mode so we used the following command to give blocks, /give [player] [id_item] 64 of course you can't give 2 stacks at once ^^'. 3 days to complete the map with many deaths.
