Why you want to be staff on this server: I want to become staff on this server because I believe that I can teach others how to run the server well, while moderating it myself. I can tell the admins what to do and how to do them correctly. I want to help out in general. I am a good teacher, as I have taught other staff, how to work correctly. I will watch the server and make sure that no rules are broken, with the members, AND the staff.
Example on how to deal with exploiter's: Exploiters are dealt with on severity. For me, there is to levels of severity: 1: Item hacking, god mode hack: Ban for however many days decided. 2: Destroying the world hack (basically permissions: Permanent Ban. There is more examples but I just can't quite name them all.
Example on how to deal with spammers: Spammers are dealt with on severity. 1. I always give warnings so their is but two warnings before the rest kicks off. 1a. Continues and gets kicked. 2. Multiple times and does not obey orders: Mute 3. Undoes mute and is using spambot: Temp or Perma Ban (Owners descision).
Previous Experiences? I have a lot of experience administrating and moderating servers, such as being a Head-Admin on a popular server named TyphoonCraft long ago, and not-currently but a few months ago BayooCraft (Moderator). I also have been building for others since my Minecraft career took off so I have had experience with building crews.
Consequences for insulting staff (List 2nd and 3rd offence as well):
1st Offense: Warning and told NOT to insult the staff.
2nd Offense: Kicked.
3rd Offense: Told they have violated the law one too many times and is temporary banned for the time alotted (Owners Decision)
Are you staff on any other server? if so list them: Currently I am only building for a server called MindlessPrisons.
A player is spamming, but only has done it once, what do you do as a mod?: Tell them they have violated the rules and tell them not to do it again or greater consequences await.
How could you benefit the server? I am a good builder and excellent red-stoner. I can benefit greatly by donating more during Christmas time, and also advertising on other sites and getting the server more popular. I can also benefit by telling others including my friends.
